INALA Water is a South African on-site water utility. We finance, own and operate dedicated water plants for commercial and industrial sites, with engineering by Impact Water Solutions and capital from our shareholder, Oasis Water Platform.
Water has become a business continuity issue
Reliable water is operationally critical. But securing it can introduce new capital, maintenance, compliance and performance responsibilities
Supply reliability

Can your operation tolerate interruption or inconsistent supply?
Infrastructure responsibility

Who owns, maintains and replaces the boreholes, tanks, treatment systems and pumps?
Capital allocation

Should your business deploy its own capital into water infrastructure?
Operational complexity

Who remains accountable for ongoing performance and compliance?
Securing your water shouldn't mean becoming a water utility
A different way to secure your water

Understand the site, water constraint, source, demand and existing infrastructure.
Engineer the solution and establish technical and commercial feasibility.
Agree the water offtake framework; build new or acquire and upgrade the plant.Â

Who we are
About our company
INALA was set up in South Africa in 2024 so that businesses don't have to become water infrastructure operators. We own the plant and we are the single counterparty on every customer agreement. Our engineering partner, Impact Water Solutions, designs the plants and supervises construction and operation. Our shareholder, Oasis Water Platform, provides the capital. One contract, one accountable partner, and a specialist team behind it.
