One contract. One counterparty. A specialist platform behind it

INALA owns the plant, signs the customer agreement and answers for the service. Impact Water Solutions originates and engineers the assets and supervises construction and operations. Oasis Water Platform is INALA's holding company and allocates the required capital.

About / Our Entity

Who we are

Water Splash.png

INALA was incorporated in South Africa in 2024 and is wholly owned by Oasis Water Platform Limited. It owns and operates water treatment, reuse and supply assets on customers' sites under long-term water offtake agreements, and signs those agreements as counterparty.

Businesses should be able to secure the water they need without becoming water infrastructure operators. INALA brings together infrastructure investment, specialist engineering through Impact Water Solutions, and long-term operation, whether that means building a new plant or acquiring and upgrading an existing one. The customer gets one accountable counterparty and a defined water service.

INALA Water Investments

For lenders and

development finance partners

INALA holds its projects directly and consolidates them as one portfolio on one balance sheet. Revenue comes from long-term water offtake agreements with commercial and industrial counterparties, for essential-service assets on the customer's own site. Projects are funded at platform level through Oasis Water Platform, with debt finance from banks and development finance institutions as the intended structure as the portfolio grows. INALA runs to a documented governance charter: commitment authority at defined levels, transactions between group companies under set caps with independent review, and a controlled assumptions process for financial models.

This section is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to invest in INALA, Oasis Water Platform or any of their projects.
